Training policies and human capital development: training and development is our priority. Based on training need assessments performed by the bank, training programs are developed annually with increasing amounts being spent on training each year. Beside the internal training programs, staff also participates in external training programs organized by reputable training centers. Moreover, high potential staff will be sent to overseas training programs through our international cooperation development programs. Performance appraisal, salary and bonus: Salary and bonus at MHB are paid in line with the performance and quality of an individual's work. Annually, the performance of staff will be evaluated as part of our performance appraisal system.
