Since becoming an agent of Western Union (01 April 2010), MHB’s International Banking Department and Western Union Vietnam held two training course for the entire MHB teller in order to improve customer service quality and increase Western Union transaction volume.
From 22 to 23 July 2010, the first training course which was held in Vung Tau for nearly 110 tellers from Da Nang to Ca Mau was successful. And the second training course was held in Ha Noi from 27 to 28 August 2010 for the remaining locations.
As of the remarks in the first training course, the content of second training course has been adjusted to meet the demand of teller. The training section focuses on how to use Translink software, customer services skills, booking transaction on Intellect and AML. Tellers provided a lot of the opinions in case study and team work games. Since it has created a lively academic atmosphere and relaxed.
Most of tellers are new staffs, and this is their first time to attend this training courses. They are so excited and look forward to further training to improve their service skills.
