Just like last year, MHB and Western Union are again organizing the “Receive money – Lucky Draw” sweepstakes. The promotion is open from 1/12/2011 until 31/01/2012 and carries the following terms:
1. Form of promotion
Winners will be randomly chosen by Western Union’s computers.

The total value of the prizes offered in the promotion is of 150,000,000 VND.
Note: the prizes do not include any applicable taxes or fees that may apply.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 How to enter:
Customers who complete transactions at a Western Union counter in any of MHB’s locations will receive a MTCN code on their receipt. This code can be used to dial in and run the chance of winning the grand prize (50,000,000 VND), one of the second prizes (5,000,000 VND) or one of the third prizes (1,000,000)
3.2 Winning codes
Codes are made up of 10 randomly selected numbers. MHB holds no responsibility and can refuse to accept claims in the event that the receipts are lost, defaced, removed, crumpled beyond recognition, have been modified or any other circumstance that may put into question the authenticity of the receipts.
The original receipt must be presented and any photocopies or reproductions will not be accepted to claim a prize.
3.3 How winners are determined
- Participants must dial the code in the presence of a representative from the State trade management agency, an MHB representative, or a Western Union representative.
- MHB will use Western Union’s automatic dialer program to determine the winners.
- Winners are those customers holding an MTCN code that are randomly selected by Western Union’s dialer program.
- Customers participating in this promotion must provide all necessary information: name, residential address, ID card number/passport number, telephone number, etc.
- All customers who receive money through Western Union during the duration of the promotion will be given a participation code.
3.4 Announcement of winners
- Codes will be randomly selected on 10/02/2012
- Location: Western Union representative office, 11th floor, Saigon Center, 65 Le Loi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Results will be recorded in writing by representatives from the State management agency, MHB, and Western Union.
3.5 How to claim prizes
- Winners may claim their prizes from home, at the place where the transaction took place, or at any locations where they have received Western Union services in the past.
- Customers must provide:
o The original, intact, unedited and unmarred receipt.
o Original or certified copy of their ID card/passport and power of attorney (if applicable)
o Personal tax code so that deductions can be made beforehand or a written declaration that the winner has no personal tax code before receipt of the prize.
- Winners will receive their prizes within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the winners. In the event that Western Union is unable to reach the winner with the details given, the prize will be forfeit and there will be no winner for that particular prize. - As per section 4, article 96 of the Commercial Law, MHB will deposit 50% of the value of unclaimed prizes to the state budget.
